EDGE Specialty Coffee was born in 2024 in the heart of Skopje, inspired by a vision that Nikol, originally from the Czech Republic, had carried with her for many years: to contribute something meaningful to the coffee culture in North Macedonia by sharing a part of her own roots.

Our coffee is roasted in Nikol's hometown of Ostrava by trusted roasting partners who share our passion for quality and craftsmanship.

Every bag of coffee carries the story of the farmer who grew it, the process that shaped it, and the roaster who brought it to life. We carefully source coffees from world-class producers and work with experienced roasters who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and full traceability.
