About this coffee
Chapata comes from the Anserma cooperative in Caldas, Colombia — a community of more than 2,000 farmers growing Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties at around 1,800 metres. The natural process gives this coffee its signature intensity: orange wine, rich dark chocolate, and sweet banana bread in every cup.
