About this coffee
Inzá is grown by smallholder farmers of the Asociación de Caficultores del Cauca (ACC) in Piendamó, Cauca Department, at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,100 metres. The washed Castillo-variety cherries are processed directly on each farm, giving the cup exceptional clarity — bright orange, gentle nettle tea, and a light star anise finish.
